Returning to the entrance, on the right, you will find the second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, and the living room, which includes a dining table for 4 people and two sofas.

Past the living room is the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher for 6 place settings. Stepping down one step brings you to the second bedroom (180 x 200 cm mattress). This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, reached by going up three steps.

IMPORTANT: Both the washing machine and dryer are located on the first floor of the building behind a curtain. These two appliances are shared with the other apartments in the building, but they are free to use and accessible at any time.
